Due to the handmade nature of each of these items I do not accept returns. If your item is defective or damaged please email me at moonandbackjewels@outlook.com with your order number and the problem, I will be more than happy to get you a replacement. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Due to the unique nature of our handmade accessories, each piece is unique and there is a small chance you will receive a piece slightly different than you expected or see in the sample pictures (color, size, etc.).

You can return an item for store credit and exchange only. We do not offer money back or refunds.

Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Store Credit
Store credit will be issued for eligible returns after 14 days but within 30 days of purchase.
Store credit does not expire and can be used for any future purchases. 

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund.
If an exact replacement is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued.

Gift Returns
Items received as gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Please email us.

Shipping

The turnaround time is 3-5 business days for these items and shipped in a timely matter. The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping.  Moon and Back Jewels/Littles will always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Packages that go missing via United States Postal Services (USPS) will be offered store credit (no refunds) or a replacement after 30 days of no movement via the USPS tracking website. Packages that are marked as delivered, but not received by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and the customer’s local Post Office Branch to track down.  Prior to filing a claim, please check with your neighbors, next to your porch or your back door for the package.  If your package does not turn up, please contact your post office to file a claim (Priority packages only) or to get in touch with your delivery-person for the details of where/when they left your package.
